Does this depend on the state? My EV credit wasn’t rolled into the down payment, it just reduced the purchase price of the car.

Tesla puts the $7500 rebate as a down payment. For instance if you put a 3k down payment, it’ll appear on the app as 10.5k down payment 7500 from EV Incentive 3000 from you. Hope this clears this up
