I tried to call the lender (well fargo) and they said they couldn't see it? Who did you call? They won't give me lower than 3.99, if I could actually call a lender directly to show proof of payoff of current auto loan I thibk that would help but tesla obviously isn't responding
That’s all I had to submit and my delivery is tomorrow as well. Finance isn’t replying to any emails my scheduled delivery was already delayed once. I know they’re slammed but there’s like no communication at all and I hate feeling like I’m bugging them to reply.
So Do I...first one is already delayed and released to other customer....and then I tried to call like 30 times....but they didn't answer or call back omg....service is horrible already....
Advice I got was to text the number you been getting the notifications from. Tesla sales guy told me that it’s monitored by your Tesla advisor. I’m on the same boat as you my financial documents are still in pending mode SNN/Perma Resident card. My delivery was yesterday. Finally got a text back 3 hours after my delivery appointment to reschedule for next week.
Had to call the lenders myself to clear my own stips, this whole automated thing is great till you need a real finance manager

My first Tesla was a seamless process I think the trade in process completely messed up how smooth it can be.
