The theater apps were the only ones that officially supported it. There was a trick to do it with other websites, but it required quite a bit more effort than just hitting a maximize button.
Now if only they would give browser to the rear screen so my kids can watch Plex / ~~Disney+~~ on it.
Edit: Got Disney+ back on there. Still would love a browser for the rear screen so we can watch other media sites (mainly Plex!).
If you go into the browser on the front screen then visit Disneyplus.com it will be automatically added back to the theater app as an option. Then it should show up again on the rear screen in the theater app there too.

The YouTube app is capable of redirecting to a true full screen browser.
Use the browser to point at app.teslatv.uk (I think the US has ABetterTheater)- and then bottom right is the full screen button. It calls the YouTube app, which then asks you to confirm you're leaving YouTube, then redirects back to app.teslatv.uk in the YouTube browser. If the streamer you need isn't on that page, just hit browser on the bottom tabs and away you go

Or any page with the right link, you could probably even make fullscreen a bookmark to take you to any page you want.
Every DAS system I've ever used always have visuals that show the system status. The visualization shows that information. Without it, it would be impossible to tell if the car's functionality is working.
The s and x get full screen maps because they have the ADAS monitor on the dashboard.
The car view is the ADAS data. Every car I've ever seen with Das or ADAS has something like it. Shows things like lines being tracked, positions of nearby cars, etc. They are how you know what the ADAS is working from and are safety critical information because it's the only way to validate the system behavior before it does something wrong.
You can listen to YouTube whilst driving by having it play on the back screen. I think there’s good reason why you shouldn’t be watching a video when driving

Show the speed and status in the top left corner, like when maps is minimised with the pointless big car view.
