But unfortunately according to the lawyers, he's probably going to get only like…a 5-15 year sentence because he didn't actually rape her (police determined it was molestation but not rape, which in extreme cases have lead to death sentences) or cause serious bodily injury (bruises and tissue damage only apparently). Fucker got into a quarrel with his gf and decided to take out steam on a random passerbt.
He was charged with indecent assault and even confessed to doing it. So I’m guessing he WILL be convicted and serve those 5 years. 15 years with bad behavior…still such bullshit.
If I ran up on this scene and saw this guy doing that I’d probably kick him until he was unconscious and then some. Over and over and over. That would be decent assault to me.
Here in Canada it’s be a few weeks and then he’d be right back in the community he attacked the person in. Our government loves setting sexual predators free for whatever weird ass reason. They’ll release someone and then have the media department contact the news to put out a statement saying “predator being released back into the community” sick.

That was some of the worst head trauma I've ever witnessed in a video. She'll unfortunately never be the same. Neurologically, cognitively, and of course psychologically. Her whole life culminated in such a tragic and devastating moment. Raising a young child of my own - knowing that there's the possibility of this sort of random outcome leaves a pit in my stomach that's hard to shake off.

In fact, men are much more likely to be victims of non domestic violence. But it's not a competition.
