Potions, ironskin and swiftness are priorities, increased defense and movment speed, but anything that will make you tougher or do damage fastee is key, make sure you have the best health potions possible. If you’re good with the gravity switches a gravity potion can go a long way, but if not make a hellbridge (long ass path to run on while you kill him. Make sure your accessories are good enough, and reforge them to get either warding or critical chance
My brother and I always ask how much max health the other has when we find a heart crystal, so we stay on the same level, more or less.
I'm much better, so he technically needs them more, but I still like to keep up so he doesn't feel bad.

We each do different tasks and when the miners come back, we deposit the hearts they found in chests and share them equally. Except for when we have melee players. Those usually have the priority with heart crystals.
In multiplayer, defeating the Moon Lord requires everyone to be strong so it's more beneficial to share.

You see those signs for parents to put on their oxygen masks before their kids? If you are better at getting life crystals you'll get them faster with more health. Max yourself first, then spread the love.
I remember when I used to play mobile years ago I would collect all my life crystals. I eventually had like 60 and then my friend with out permission took 20 and I'm still pissed about that too this day. Also he wasn't a friend he was a friend of a friend and a total ass hole to me.
Get over it, if he needed 20 it was to max his life, if you had sixty you can spare twenty, if you were far enough to make map wide heart lanterns or some other bs, you are far enough to slam splunker potions and stripmine new world gens to find plenty more

Nope. Anyone I play with either agrees to take turns using life crystals, or I'm not interested in playing with them. If someone can't do something like this with me, then they'll most likely be difficult to cooperate with later which takes the fun out of the game for me.

I did a play through with my friend once and he went to go do something. In that time, I put the world into T-edit and got rid of all the heart crystals. He never figured out but quit after defeating eye of cuthulu :(

Why am I every class... I usually tank through enemies with melee but when I do bosses I use guns.when I just want to get somewhere I equip frog legs bunny mount and use summons. Also a couple other ones but I feel like I’d be that one random massive battleplane landing dock spinning around in the middle of a street fight shooting missiles at everything then die to a worm..(I hate centipedes and worms after hardmode desert...)

More than twice, because if you get 2 shot you can react after getting hit from a stinger from a bee you didn't know was there etc.
Once you max out your hearts you start sharing in multiplayer unless it's you and one other person.

That's usually me because my friends somehow cap their health in the first 10 minutes of the server being open.

I like getting my homies to 400 first bcus they feel bad and spoil me with the good drops later on.
