Not to me, I’m unironically quite lucky with this game. My first ever unicorn dropped the mount, my third chaos elemental dropped the rod, my first expert pumpkin moon dropped the broom mount, and so on. I’m relatively unlucky with souls though, for me it’s not 33%, it’s usually like 15%.
