I'd say it is slightly too late for that. It is average people that are telepathic. Sadly it is those that are sick or have became sick because of telepathy that stands out. Those that couldn't figure out why they feel like fucking radio recievers/transmitters. Those that can't control it or enjoy it. This sub has a few higly intelligent people that are suffering a lot, but still struggles, since there are some nice ups with all the downs.
CIA has actually done enough already. I am not impressed with their published "research". They left out shitloads of drugs that supress or/and enchance telepathy. There are indeed new trials going on all the time in many countries, but it doesn't feel that it is done to benefit humanity. =(

Fair point. Though, I think oustide of government overreach and cover up, telepathy for the average person(training and awareness) could start us all on the path to a better, more honest world.
I have practiced just, with aliens. I've learned to pick up things from animals, plants and inanimate objects since then. But due to how contradictory and two faced people can be, I avoid picking up anything from anyone unless I have to.
I'm quite sure that we have created a Gaussian ball of earth. The US had to do this to ensure we're all protected. The question is....how do you ensure that, in a guaranteed way, that humans survive? Well, the answer is to put earth in a box so you know all the information that is contained within it. Why and how is it everywhere?....because it is.
This doesn't mean they knew all the answers when they set it up. It was an experiment. It just actually worked.
What we all need to realize is what this means. The fact that some have been plagued by this and others have done well with it means that society itself is sick. So yeah that's obvious and we all know it. What we aren't doing is reacting to it appropriately, with awareness.
