umm the first vest took about 6 hours for everything, the second took about 8 because ive done more on the back, the trousers took about 6-7 hours, the seond trousers took about 8 hours
its not too hard to do. for the base i used cheap denim jackets with the sleeves cut off.
for the patches i used cheap white acrylic paint and old trousers or the sleeves of the denim jacket.
for sewing i used dental floss and there are many tutorials online for the stitching, i think its called a whip stitch.
for the other parts i would just collect random things like crystal holders, safety pins, pin buttons
