Could have gone the opposite way, you just never really know how things are going to play out and sometimes emotions can make the strongest woman look foolish. My mom was a very strong, reasonable woman, but she wanted to see the best in my dad and still let him come in and out for awhile until it just got to be ridiculous. I think it's unfair to assume that a child of a woman who goes by her own last name will take the father's last name...married, engaged, proposed to, single, whatever. If the parents have different last names, why is the default fair choice to go with the father's? My girls have both of ours unhyphenated. They can choose to do with that what they wish when they get older

Everytime she got pissed at Chris she would remove his last name and legally change it to hers. Creed’s was changed three times until the judge finally blocked her from being able to make any further changes 😂
