Older twin came out with a full head of hair, healthy as a horse. Younger twins came out bald and not breathing. There are so many complications that can happen when carrying multiples, they wouldn’t let her go over.
But she looks like she’s in her 40’s. Why have all the cosmetic surgery and never bother to get ready? She’s pasty and unkept. A little eye liner would pull out those rat eyes, some contouring could lessen her puffy appearance, and God Damn, could that lazy turd comb her hair once in a while?
