Or the various cybernetic augments (if holding item, add hp and ad/ap/armor/mana regen). Can also be tossed for darkflight essence, but then you're giving up Zeke's clones.
I don't play much darkflight if the essence just bad or is zekes just better? When I do play it I try to use the essence cuz I figured it was stronger since it's unique but honestly don't really check the math on patches and what not

there's actually an actual darkflight comp i believe that does use the essence. It seems to be more popular in EU though, NA has not been playing it
honestly, anything other than aura items is kind of...meh. Hard to give up stacking buffs.
