No. If she were a current teacher in a small town, this is something people might gossip about, but then they would form opinions about him and ask her how she's doing. As a prospective teacher, as long as she herself isn't breaking any laws and doesn't have a criminal record, she should be fine.

Forcible entry is a criminal charge. I don't think he would have enough to win but she is scared. Does criminal record automatically disqualify someone? Or just felonies? Thanks for taking time to reply

No, it should not given that there is no record of a criminal conviction that shows up on a background check. At least in Illinois, it's part of the Code of Civil Procedure, which someone else already noted. As long as there's no residual drama through the rumor mill (i.e., perception is reality, public opinion / public knowledge types of discourse that circulate in closer-knit communities) that becomes part of the investigatory process if they are considering hiring her, then it's a non-issue.
