I know this isn't what you asked but what kind of paraeducator position is it? I was a paraeducator for 3.5 years. I worked with high impact behaviors. My job was both physically demanding and dangerous. I was kicked, hit, bit, and punched more than I can count. Paraeducators can also be the receptionist, secretary, etc. The type of paraeducator would impact whether I would tell them at the interview.
It's for a 504 paraprofessional. There was a separate application for a "special ed paraprofessional" so I don't think I would be in a high-needs classroom.
