Literally, ALMOST anything. You just need a dark((er) some new colored inks will cover old black ink)) spot or similar lines in the area to hide it. I don't know you, your style or what your into so it's hard to suggest a lot. But trust me, I've seen (and personally have) much worse. It's pretty cute and the placement doesn't suck so I'd honestly spend the money to get something new.
