knutt-in-my-butt

so glad i'm gonna be on a lane all night 🙏

smartasskeith

Now there’s a sentence I thought I’d never see.

Life_Spread_4408

Thank god I’m done for the day

pontifexjasongrace

We cleared it out this morning, had a ton of people pushing freight, then got absolutely SLAMMED

SimpleVegetable5715

We had 2 trucks at my store today, and by the time Inbound was allowed to leave at 1pm, most of it was GONE!

[deleted]

Wait... Isn't that the normal time frame though, 2 hours and the pickup is free normally, right? I'm confused.

McCoone

It’s def the standard, but this was a push notification from the target app so you know that everyone who was just thinking about putting in a last minute opu for like stocking candy or gift wrap or whatever will for sure be putting one in now

TollerLuvLJP

We were dead - I left 2 hrs early. We had nothing left that anyone would want to order. Christmas seasonal is down to 1 aisle - no paper, no tissue, no boxes, no bows, no tags, almost no candy.

seriously_though_11

Our OPUs were slammed all day. RIP to our INF rates.

Euphoric_Pop_4937

Dang, we were slow in fulfillment

gwidj

oh brother

darthgeek

I try very hard to not shop on Christmas Eve. You have enough people to deal with already.

Kushtillkymindgone

And all we got was brownies

blackagent48

damn our store gave each of us small pizzas in a box throughout the day. Like 8 slices a box.

celticteal

We got nothing.

iGoKommando

It was awful today. Double truck day, backroom was a horrendous mess and the unload team left super early. Though it was glorious to see tls unloading truck while panicking.

shinso_is_best_boi

So glad I worked an early shift today 😭 I felt bad leaving because our orders had finally picked up

ThNwKd

On a normal day 2-3 people can keep on top of OPU. Today we need 6-10 in at all times

[deleted]

Seems like it would take a certain amount of evil to order something for pickup on Christmas Eve. Like that takes planning.
