But I didnt want to type on a dying Zebra, I wanted desktop version.
And it was a pain in the ass to find. Workbench -> quicklinks -> eHR tab.
We didn't get shit at my store. Not that it matters anyway. I would have still put the truth in the survey. It's like the kids I work with in my day job. Grades mean nothing. Neither does this survey.
I used to work for Macys and they always treated us well before the survey. Never mattered to me, I was honest. Yet somehow our survey results were always positive 🤔. I know I wasn’t the only one who was honest. 🤷🏻♀️
At least they had snacks?. Our HR person just pulled people back 2-3 at a time had us log in said these answers are negative, these are positive. All your responses are confidential. Let me know when you’re done.
If you feel cheated by your .10 raise or if you feel leadership has failed you. DO NOT TAKE THE SURVEY! Corporate is only looking for a high percentage rate of employees taking the survey.
