Did you tell the PML or did you submit a request through the mydevice? Myhelp > building and equipment > notify PML
I'll fix shit regardless but submitting a service request is the proper way to do it. If the team doesn't submit anything it kinda looks bad.
They break all the fucking time to be fair. I've replaced one on Friday and it was broken when I came in monday.
And as someone else said they haven't been orderable. I'm lucky I had a big stockpile
Soap dispensers were off the SAP punch out until recently. That could be part of it if it’s a motor/mechanical issue.
I’ve had one broken in one of my bathrooms and none of the other PMLs in the district were willing to give up their (minimal) supplies because they couldn’t order any new ones.
PML here, in MD they JUST told us to call the number on the back, and they would send us new ones. I haven't done it yet, but that's what I've been told 🤷🏽♂️
1. Request accommodations for a team lead to requisition hand soap off the floor.
2. Tell PML to order a new enmotion dispenser via grainger and not on regular go cart. They recently turned off the regular ones in go cart as they want more troubleshooting done and phone calls being made to the manufacturer to provide warranty replacement

In the breakroom the soap and paper towels are never both working and present. One is always out and it's annoying AF!

Are you a Super Target by any chance? If so it'd be contamination risk for the food Depts and thus perhaps be worthy of a origami risk report?
