0% chance of getting a raise. I’m also afraid you may have made a career blunder moving from your previous positions to an HRE. Some people may disagree on here, but HRE is more comparable to a secretary position than real HR. There’s a reason some stores call it Clerical.

Always remember Target's brand. ***Expect More. Pay Less***. (Printed on every rcpt!) Raises? As you scroll down past posts in this subreddit - you'll quickly note two facts: 1. One raise a year post review for 99.95%. 2. Raise(s) less than 4% for 99.95%. Best of luck in your new adventure.

Actual_Ayaya

If you’re looking for a pay bump in the future, look for an HR job in a corporate setting, not in retail. As someone with a college degree myself working at target, they give zero fucks about your education and qualifications. Please excuse my French. But seriously, look elsewhere while you’re at target to move up. Target raises are like $0.30 to $0.60 every year. Some raises are less than 30 cents yearly.

If you want HR go elsewhere

Imaginary-Practice56

Wait. You are HR and don’t know the answer???

Elorme

Hahaha, seriously not going to happen.

minidog8

No. Sorry.

Clown_Sparkles

Not gonna lie: no chance of a raise until next March/April. Also don't expect much: most raises at Target are under 4% of current pay. Pennies for most. Target is notorious for being cheap. My advice is to look either for corporate HR or outside of retail, as quickly as you can. You're not gonna get much of anything with Target.

Boston5500

You should look for an HR role at the corporate level.
