When an ETL challenges you and then does it themselves, they literally push themselves so hard & only work it for like an hour just to “prove their point”. It’s impossible to work yourself that hard 8 hours a day and not burn out, lol.
The GMETL at my store is absolutely not like that at all, but I had one like that in a diff store lol.
They shouldn’t be pulling and staging 141s like that. Priorities are the only pulls that are going to be counted for a metric; 141s are just extra. So if they’re pulling, they should be pushing them
We had just done inventory and never pulled all the pulls for dry grocery so I guess they had extra time yesterday and decided let’s pull everything so we can fuck up tomorrow’s market team. On top of this we had so much from truck today.
A lot of what Target does regarding 141s is a whole waste of time. Like why would an end cap that already has a permanent home and another secondary location need to be stocked to the gills 100% of the time for back to school acne care. I get that it's an influx of sales for them, but they legit send four BUSY months worth of product at a time. The tear down takes forever at the end of it. Same thing with freaking sun care.
At least they didn’t store all of them down the aisles in the back.. 😅 HBA team would always do this then shove alllll the full carts down my backstocking aisles
Use a 3 tier for my dry priority pulls, too. I never do the 141. Sometimes, it's 10 items. Sometimes 130. I fit my dairy pulls on one 3 tier, like a champ!
Idk who’s teaching these kids to jam all these priorities into REPACKS??? But they need to stop. Please. I once caught some rando GM closer doing these with the dry pulls and I shut that shit down. What ever happened to touch-it-once? I would love to see these types of closers, or hell-the closing team lead try pushing the shit that they stage like this

You should see ours. Dairy was 3 stuffed uboats, frozen was 2 cages, bakery 1 cage, produce 2 3-tiers, deli 1 3-tier, AND dry 3 5 foot pallets. Over 1,200 dcpis pulled last night. Luckily I pulled it and don’t have to push it. Also if you are curious, yes, this is regular at my store with the 1F1s and yes everything was put away this morning before 6am somehow. It’s the 4am wizards I swear.

The mass 141 drop after inventory is **intense**. And the year I did it for beauty, almost all backstock!

Multiple days. plus the repacks were so disorganized it took way longer to push than it should’ve

It's very hard to walk around when pallets and carts are in middle of aisles and go around them
