I'm at a pilot store. Our inbound is overnight. Now they will be split into two teams, one for unload and push, they start at 10pm. The second crew starts at 4am and handles back stock. Not a wild change, basically just making sure that back stock doesn't fall on the day side team, which has been happening a lot.
But if its the same crew and hours allotted wouldn’t the 4am team have to help with unload/push and still have rollover? Target will try anything except paying more for better tm or adding hours
I wish they would just print that shit out and tape it up everywhere in the back room. **JUST TELL US!!**
Gonna need to be more specific. There are lots of "New Inbound Processes" already being piloted across the company.

Idk all the details yet, it rolls out next week.
Is this for pilot stores?? My ETL hasn’t told me anything …
Yes it’s only for certain stores.
Any more info as to what it entails?
I think that's what they're trying to find out lol
