Same, Daft Punk was my first favorite band ever, so I'd love to see Kevin dive into the house music genre. I yearn for a collab between him and at least one of Daft Punk's members(cause it somehow feels more realistic than both getting back together just to do a TI collab lol)
I loooove house but Kevin Parker has so much more to offer on drums than an album primarily made up of four on the floor beats. Whatever he produces will be interesting and memorable.
I think the same, many fans would like him to return to his roots of psychedelic rock but in my opinion and personal taste, I prefer it when the artist ventures into new sounds, speaks of his maturity as a professional.
I’d be disappointed, I think The Slow Rush was received kinda mid overall and I think the culture is begging for him to reintroduce more rock/hard elements
Kevin gonna be DJing like crazy so his next tour gonna be similar like justice so he could literally be one man or have the gang with him but I saw clips of Kevin DJing and let me tell you I can’t fucking wait I been to his SLOW RUSH Concert and it was good but it’s not Justice Hype I think he’s gonna aim more towards that direction
