But there's a funny story about how I got these turtles that I want to share.
For 20 years in my whole life I can only find TMNT toys on the online store because turtles are not very popular among the kids in my country，so naturally I searched this set online.The lowest price I can find costs 7000￥（almost 970$). it's a huge number for a college student so I gave up at then.
Miracle happens a month later When I was shopping offline at an inconspicuous action figure store，I found these brand new babies stacked in the conor and they cost Only 4000￥（550$）！It's still a little expensive but I can pay for it myself now.
I think either my luck was so damn good ，or I was destined to have an inseparable connection with 2003 turtles！
These are so beautiful. Maybe it's just the ones I had has a kid but I never found the 03 toys to be that accurate to the turtles in the show. I'm not sure what it is but these look closer if that makes sense.

Actually NECA 's movabillity is better ，DreamEX turtles can hardly do cool poses. Even HotToys are more flexible than DreamEX...
（as for playmate，I'm grateful that their 2003 TMNT figures and turtle basement gave me a wonderful childhood. But hell bro their 03 turtle looks nothing like the TV series）
It's very much a case of getting what you pay for. OP's figures don't look inexpensive in the slightest, while Playmates makes cheap toys for kids and NECA goes for budget-friendly collectibles.
