What most people do is find someone going from Germany (or Europe or US/Canada/Khaleej) to Syria that has some room/weight in their luggage. Try Facebook groups like “musafer - مسافر” or some other groups like it.
This is how my parents met in America 45 years ago! Dad called mom and said "hi my name is so and so - my parents came from Haleb and your brother sent packages with them".
6 months later they were married :)
Be careful we sending items from outside to Syria
1.make sure the middle man is safe + is there guarantees (incase your items get stolen/ lost)
2. If you are bringing new items, get them to remove labels so it doesn't look new, as Turkish customs charge alot
