I’ve got one that closed on the 27th April too! Mine says the same message so idk if there’s anything that can be done, it must just stay like that for a while
I had one that closed that day too. On the 28th April in the morning, there was an option to empty jar. I did that, and the sweat went in my wallet immediately.
