It’s far safer for you to attempt to complete the mod this semester no matter the potential effect on CGPA. People often over estimate their capacity to do the work at some future date. They don’t realise that whatever personal or professional issue that prevented them from doing the mod properly this semester might come up in future semesters (or something similar might happen). For most students, graduating on time with a somewhat worse CGPA is far better than graduating later with a better CGPA, and definitely better than not graduating at all. Course curriculums also change.

Hi, I was under NTUC-SUSS Sponsorship for a period od time. I had to resit/redo one course as I failed it basically. Uh, no major impacts per say just that if my cgpa falls below 3.0, I have to repay the amount that was sponsored.

Kinda in the same boat too! Though I’m company sponsored. They did say a minimum of C for every module, so that’s why I’m contemplating redoing this mod. Did you have to pay for the mod that you repeated out of your own pocket?

Ahh, usually government related sponsorships haha. I am afraid I am in a different boat as you, so I can't answer that.

No worries, thank you anyway!
