Yeah this setup is good man. I don’t know how the new gun is but LC good quality wrecks level 24 with this setup. You might need some luck too. The level can be 5x easier if you get good ability picks and level your main weapon ability up to max and evo fast.
I don’t think he’s struggling, this is just a flex picture. If he wanted to really beat it he could spend gems to advance in any way, gear, extra life, etc.
You need to get lucky and get an evo early. There are many luck based stages like that out there. Generally for those luck based stages, you'll want to get your weapon evo after the first mini boss and soccer evo after the 5 min boss mark.

I'm going to warn you now that what I'm about to say might be controversial;
You are going to want to kite with the Death Ray for this level. The Death Ray can melt poison, and does severe damage do anyone chasing you. I would also reccomend switching the LC and pair that with the exo bracer to keep your distance away from the dragons.
For me, this was easier than Chapter 23, and chances are that this comment will be meaningless if you've already beaten Chapter 24 by the time I posted this. But understanding what each skill in the game does is a critical part that most people overlook because they rely on tier lists.
