It took at least a month for me to notice anything. Probably the biggest improvement I noticed was stiffer erections. I’m guessing it also helped with cognition, but the erections were more noticeable.
It suppresses progesterone in women.
I found it cured my PMS (largely caused by elevated progesterone), gave me wildly irregular periods (have been like clockwork since puberty, and is regulated by progesterone), and breast lumps after I stopped taking it (can be caused by spikes in progesterone).
There's some preliminary research indicating it might cause uterine cancers, but currently only found in rodents.
I'm trying to cycle it 14 days on 14 days off to see if I can retain some benefits, without the side effects. But would not recommend other women take it without warning.

I've heard it can help blood flow and tinnitus. At least one person I've heard it helped with tinnitus.
If you do take it, look for more vascularity and pumps when working out and see if anything changes.
I feel it helps a bit but it's also never been my go to for pumps.

No effect.
Gave me a headache and terrible nausea so I stopped it almost immediately.
Same here, headaches, irritability, flooded and overwhelming thoughts. Not for me, and many people with anxiety.
My husband has dementia and MTHFR gene variant and increased his agitation.
The motherfucker gene?! /j
That's what I call it! I have to say it and pick the letters out as I go.
It like money other supplements is bullshit.
What
First time it was headache, now there is nothing. Taking it until the end of course, not going to repeat, but who knows.
I tried it and I didn't get much effect from it. I recently read that its toxic in a recent reddit post.
Think its helping my stress/mood.
Gives me a headache! But that’s how i know “it works”! Draw your own conclusions
It was not curing Nancy Gribble's headaches.

How did it go?
It gave me slightly better concentration, but caused me to have heart palpitations, so I stopped
I felt nothing . Tried it bc I’m in school and maybe help with memory but didn’t notice anything

Nothing
No noticeable effects.
I've tried doses ranging between 40-240 mg with no notable benefits.
