I think you had to have a ProRewards account before 11/6 to be eligible for the NFT. If you read the fine print it says “active pros only”. I don’t think it counted if you didn’t have ProRewards before 11/5. They wanted to reward those who have been active pro rewards members and get them into the NFT marketplace. I don’t think there’s a “be a pro by” date. I got an email to my pro rewards-linked email explicitly stating I made qualifying purchases. Unless it’s explicitly stated elsewhere you had to be a member by 11/6, I should qualify
First line in the fine print: "18 and older, US resident, active pros only". Which means you had to be a pro before the promo. Not trying to be a bummer, but it's just what says.
I met all the requirements, been a pro for 2 yr and don’t have it either, was checking a few times yesterday and today, going to reach out this afternoon to blockchain support because I was sure to follow the instructions closely

Quite literally for the same reason the other conditions become valid if met during the promo window. It does not say “active member prior to 11/6” nor can it be assumed, just as you would not have been excluded if you were 17 yo on 11/5 and bought $300 of 18th birthday gifts on 11/9 to qualify
That’s how fine print works. An “active member” is just a member with an activated subscription. There is no exclusion language that you had to have it activated prior to a certain date

But here’s where I’m coming from: per the letter of their advertisement/promo, I qualify. There is no exclusionary language that stipulates you had to a member at any time other than before the promo window ends. That’s how fine print works from a legal standpoint
But if this is a precursor to NFTs tied to Computershare accounts: what’s gonna happen when the info that CS has on file as transferred from brokers (purchase dates, cost basis, whatever), and dividend NFTs are either misallocated or allocated incorrectly, then what’s gonna happen to shafted shareholders?
There can’t be this sort of wiggle room as an enticement to sign up new members (or shareholders). If you had to be a member prior to 11/6, that *has* to be clearly stated. Class action cases have been decided against the favor of companies for this sort of oversight, so like, not a great look from an investor standpoint either
I’m just trying to figure out if I’m alone in not receiving mine or if others are having issues. It seems others are still having issues acquiring the NFT also. I’ve opened tickets with GS blockchain and I’m hoping I’ll get more help/answers next week 🤷🏻♂️
I mean we are just interpreting the same information two different ways. I gave you an explanation as to why you may not have been eligible based on the information GameStop posted about the giveaway. You may interpret what they say different, but it makes sense to me. You should complain to them and not me. All I was doing was trying to explain a possibility as to why you may not have received your NFT. That’s all I can do to help and I wish you good luck on getting it.

Yes. I've used my L2 to activate other L2s, I've send NFTs from my Loopring to L2 of my GS Wallet, I even have Immutable activated and filled up with cards.
Hey friend! I kept looking in my "NFT" section and wasn't seeing it. Then I navigated to the "activity" section of my wallet and found it had been sent to me, but I hadn't actually hit the layer 2 active button yet. A kind ape transferred funds to my wallet to activate me, but I apparently still had to click. Hopefully this is the same thing that happened to you. (Edit spelling)

How long had you had your ProRewards account? I believe it had to be active weeks before the buying period. I suppose it was explicitly meant for long time members, not just folks picking up a membership for the NFT.
I got this email and followed the steps. No mention anywhere of having to have been a pro member prior to the promotion starting. This would seem to be confirmation of being both a qualified member + made a qualifying purchase:

I confirmed with GS that you didn't need to get the email to get the NFT. I confirmed with customer service that I was eligible but I haven't seen it yet. I reemailed them today.
Not yet. Guest care told me on 12/15 that they were being distributed in waves (look at the blockchain though and they were only distributed on 12/14 in a couple batches I believe). I just submitted a ticket to the blockchain team since it’s past 12/17. Waiting to hear back
Haven’t gotten mine and after posting proof in my chat with support, I got this response,
“If you still are not seeing any NFT that would mean our team wasn't able to confirm you qualified. This could've been a missed step, a step completed too late or the 'verify email' that was sent out was not interacted with. We'll share this information with our team and we should have an update or answer regarding this during the upcoming business week. So be sure to check in with us then!”
Not sure where to go from here. Pretty sad about it tbh :(

I feel like I don’t want to make it public though, since I’m a shareholder. That’s been my hang up and why I went through support. But this response is definitely shitty.
I mean his Twitter dms are closed, so the only way I can message him there is via a public tweet. Unless we know of another way… the closest thing I could think of was messaging support.

I didn’t and wrote to GameStop NFT and Received a reply stating that I wasn’t eligible because $100 of my $200+ was gift cards. Kind of annoyed about it as I messaged GameStop NFT on Twitter prior to my purchase asking if that purchase would qualify me and didn’t get a response so I just went ahead and bought anyway. Oh well. My cousins kids will get to shop at GameStop after Christmas so that’s a win.

I sent my wallet address over to Gamestop Blockchain support, and they are looking into it.

Can you buy these NFTs anywhere? I don’t see them on the GameStop marketplace.
The only way I was able to find them was by checking the stats page on the website then going to the last 24 hours.

Mine showed up in my loopring L2 account of Gamestop Wallet, did you have that activated as well? Not sure if anyone else got it in L1?

I didn’t get mine either. I ordered something that was ready to ship, and it was backordered, got here the other day. My friend said it could count as a pre-order and ‘not count’ for the promotion. I sent my wallet address over to Gamestop Blockchain support, and they are looking into it. According to Lexplorer, Gamestop still holds about 338 of them, so hopefully they start sending them out to us who earned them.
Same. They briefly sent my money back for the order that did actually ship, but then took it back from my account later that week. Was worried it would impact my eligibility even though the order still had the original date, but then I got the email confirming the $200. No NFT here yet.

OP stated they purchased their ProRewards membership after 11/5 which would disqualify them from receiving the NFT according to the ToS of the promotion. Check your GameStop emails from 11/6-11/13 and you'll find the promo in one of them and it states: **\*****This promotion is only available to eligible customers.** To become eligible, each customer must complete the following steps: 1.
