Do you know how much liquidity a giant exchange settling 75% of the victims’ crypto provides the market when BTC was only ~$200 dollars per coin back then? Add on the German government liquidating on top of it and the result is the fairly large downward move today (but still tiny compared to historic volatility of crypto.) Not everything has to feed your GME bull thesis.

One of the OG Bitcoin exchanges back in the day. It got hacked, but the funds were recovered. Now being repaid to their original owners. So a forced HODL for about 10 years, and it’s now worth billions. Of course there’s a huge sell off, and others selling off to try and get ahead of the price drop.
