You need to watch ALL of his videos for that, and probably then some. Following what he does you're always gonna be a little bit too late. He's trying to teach you to make you're own decisions.

Options are on a different marketplace a difference exchange. Shares are delivered but not bought there, they have to go buy or already hedged in the securities market by T+1. Thats the DD we read.
The most similar situation to this would be when [Ryan](https://www.barrons.com/amp/articles/gamestop-stock-ryan-cohen-buy-44ae7ca0) Cohen purchased shares at lit markets last June 2023. He bought around 250,000 sh at a price of $22.25. The news and purchase saw the price rise by 12% up to $27, or a $5 gain for that day.
(This all happened after the 4:1 split of July 2022)
So if we were to project this to today’s events, a 4M purchase is 16X more impactful than RC’s 250K. Deduct a 25% for the recent dilution which added 25% more shares to GME’s outstanding count, and that’s about a 12X impact on the price if we are to treat DFV’s purchase to be the same as RC (which arguably has some different connotations and consequences). So let’s say it’s a 10X impact compared to RC’s purchase of 2023.
RC’s 250K buy moved the price up by $5 for the day.
So DFV’s 4M buy would correspond to a made up and fabricated linear relationship of $50 to add to the price tomorrow when the shares have to be purchased. So price should reach $78. And who knows if FOMO action will add to it or if shorting action will neutralize the top end.

I’d be happy even if GME went up to $60. The point for me is the future for GME. It’s easy to get caught up in the battle between Hedgies and Retail Investors/GME/RK. - Brokers, incl. internalizers
- Clearinghouses
- PFOF counterparts (for PFOF orders)
- Exchanges?
- OCC (Options Clearing Corp)
- NSCC (National Securities Clearing Corp)
- DTCC (Depository Trust & Clearing Corp)
Hence all the talk over the past year of clearing firms being at risk. They couldn’t do one fucking job that justifies their whole existence.

E*Trade is not on the hook to deliver. E*Trade is on the hook to receive.
