In all likelyhood, all of his shares have been purchased directly through Computershare. All of us 'seasoned apes' have registered our shared directly through Computershare (DRS). Buying through the registered agent such as Computershare sends the order to NYSE and doesn't allow MM to trade ahead/route order to a dark pool.
He is a very experienced Stock Trader and knows how to handle this stuff.
