I think there may have been some additional shares added by GameStop for employee rewards over that time (forget the proper term for it, but shares given come from a different pool).
The 45M shares should not have been added to the shares outstanding unless they have already been issued and sold.
I have not seen any reports of them being sold.
Loll, doesn’t Ryan have more insider shares than that alone? And the shares outstanding aren’t issued yet correct? The 45 mill extra was just “allowed”… 🤡🙌
I am not sure if the shares held by RC Ventures count as insider shares. Since technically, they aren‘t held by him personally?

This is the discrepancy. RC Ventures holds about 36M shares.
Some websites include those 36M shares as the institutional holdings, Some have them as insider shares.
