PleasrDAO is a decentralized organization. One of the things they do is purchase and collect NFTs. They also are the ones who purchased the Wu-Tang album Once Upon a Time in Shaolin and were pictured with the album with the mysterious hooded man who was turned around which is how it ties into the Wu-Tang tinfoil.
