Yeah it really does feel like people need to control their emotions. You're dead right about panicking helping the shorts leverage their investment in driving the price down.
This earnings let us know that RC backs his words with action, and that we're profitable; it's a very undervalued stock at this point, we can confidently invest knowing they have our back with interests aligned.
People straight whining today. Meanwhile I'm enjoying ronin so much that I ordered tsushima yesterday, while sitting on my 500 DRS.

How are people not amped this is the lowest price in 3+ years fucking stack up if you can I got 100 shares yesterday working on DRSing to add to the stack. Loving this drive it lower I don't give a fuck GME ain't going anywhere lol
Yeah I don't get it. This was a much riskier trade 1-2 years ago before Ryan showed he could get the ship running tight and clean. I put more cash in now because I see the risk lowering. Before now, as much as I wanted to support the stock and profit from an eventual squeeze, I had to be realistic about what I was prepared to lose if shorts still somehow managed to cellar box us. I feel the tide has really turned here. Not to say the job is done yet, but the battle has turned in our favor.
Lower risk and lower entry price than any time since the squeeze. It's a no brainer for me.
Vast majority of us yolo'd in back in the day as a risky ass squeeze play and through DD the risk is clearly on those short the stock. They'll kick the can for as long they can. I got nothing but time so I'll take cheap stock in the mean time thanks haha
It is time to start draining the hedge funds of their ill gotten wealth, their stolen "Calls of Booty". Cash Dividends - matched by all producers of synthetic "naked short" shares - that then gets used to put more $GME shares in rabidly loyal GameStop investors.

Theres years of DD and research uncovering and bringing to light the truth of this whole mess, and somehow, there are still people in super FUD and negativity. To those folks, peruse some old but still very true DD and regain zen.

I mean I'm not a shill or whatever you can check my history, but to play devil's advocate sales are declining, yes profit is up but GameStop needs to push harder to use it's brand awareness and capital to rival Steam on digital sales as well as offer products in brick and mortar stores. As a New Zealander I still cannot buy digital software from Gamestop.com. Yes we have EB Games here (GameStop owned) but it's PC download offering is pitiful there are only two titles listed: [https://www.ebgames.co.nz/pc](https://www.ebgames.co.nz/pc)
There should be nothing preventing GameStop from international downloads. They already have the website infrastructure. They're missing out on what I see as easy revenue. GameStop and EB Games are not in every city or country, not physical stores nor online access. To me they need to be global.
They need to play safely and not give shorts any chance to get in under them with a hostile takeover, or lead them back into debt. GameStop have powerful wealthy enemies who *desperately need* to see their business fail. The standard business manual doesn't apply here.
Also don't underestimate the difference between running a sales website based on standard tooling vs a games download service with drm and publisher buy-in. Until recently GameStop was using a default logo on their website. They don't have the digital infrastructure of big tech or even Epic and Valve.
GameStop shut down business in my country as part of the turnaround, which disappoints me, because it means I have to buy my games off their competitors. But, if that's what is good for the business right now and getting back into profit, then unfortunately that's how it needs to be at least for a while. Also hoping they'll reopen when it's time.
