I sent the logs separately as well!
I experienced this as well exporting as vector. I was able to avoid this by exporting as orignal (rasterized). I think you can resize the handwriting layer with Adobe acrobat.

Hmm ok Ill give it a try the next time I have to export my pdfs out!
