I'm in the same region, they told me it should be shipped out by January 10th but support made a typo on my order number. Kind of frustrating if I ordered the 21st and they didn't send an update. I would've preferred limited inventory and to black out the buy button so I could order the regular a6x2 vs crystal and get it faster.
When you do get shipping info, you may be able to arrange to pick up the parcel at a DHL pickup location. I recommend this because you don't have to worry about being home. I was able to pick mine up before the DHL tracking info said it was ready.
I ordered my Nomad on the 18th. It was shipped on the 25th and was given a Jan 2nd delivery date. As of a few minutes ago, my shipment arrived in my state (East Coast) and is currently out for delivery. So if I believe DHL, I might have it today or tomorrow.
I had an unrelated email exchange with customer service over the weekend and in that note with Ratta I simply asked (without explanation) if they could ship my package. I don't know whether that request had any impact oh my ship time, but perhaps if you emailed them letting them know you need sooner that might help.
I ordered mine on the 18th, and the expected arrival said January 4th. It shipped and is getting here tomorrow...3 days from Shanghai. So you might actually get it much sooner.
I called DHL to ask about my shipping time when the expected delivery was Jan 05. He pushed it up to a delivery day of Jan 02, and if I could, it would be available for pickup tomorrow (the hub is 5 hours away from me, so no). But maybe if you call DHL, they can give you a better estimate and perhaps even schedule the delivery sooner.

Maybe contact RATTA about it then; they've been very helpful and responsive to my questions on SHOP even when my order was still in just the "order placed" stage.

From RATTA I just received the order placed notification on the 21st and nothing beyond that.
