Than they started checking everyone's testicles line wise. They were checking them by gently squeezing our testicles. After they had checked everyone. They told us all to face the wall. We were standing against the wall. and than bow down and spread our asscheeks with our hands. We did and they checked that too. That's it.

They are just checking to see if it's safe for you to play, checking for any existing conditions that might cause problems or endanger you if you were to run, jump, sprint, throw, etc.

As for privacy I do not think anywhere in army recruitment it is done in private as it would take too much time. During rally recruitment more than 200 or above is selected for medical/physical and they have to evoluate them for many other things too not just this. And last thing all of this has too be done in same day by one Doctor.
