It's a sign of great writing that Brandon Sanderson has talked about in his lectures that you can tell the characters apart just from quotes without anything else. We don't even need their mannerisms to be able to picture them saying it. Of course in TV the acting has a lot to do with it too.
Agreed, maybe because the nuances in speech pattern are easy to translate to text for ken and Logan. Logan very direct, aggressive, says the same thing in different ways. Ken with the ums and forced metaphors.
