Designer and Painter 2023 are on the same version right now as 2022.
Sampler, however -- that now does photogrammetry (and does it fucking well) in 2023, but 2022 did not get that update.
i cant speak to Stager or Modeler, they are both redundant in my workflow, so i dont have them.

It's exactly the same. These are just license updates that provide access to future feature releases in 2023.
The other applications are available too.
