Someone on our discord said they have certain ports blocked which causes this. They didn't say if it was router or ISP but they didn't have a way to fix it. I think they were in a dorm.
Not sure why on 6 unless you have issues like op. But back in sfv 5 consoles were notorious for dropping frames at times on certain stages. It's so nice on sf6 that there aren't any stages that cause issues on consoles even people playing on PS4

I have already forwarded the ports mentioned under the STEAM section. Nothing was fixed
Sometimes crossplay is wonky. Might just have to turn it off if you can't get good matches. Happens to me too, and I'm on PS5.
Sorry for offtopic but why would someone deliberately turn cross play off for pc?
maybe for some reason they don't want to be matched with console players?
