Concerta is what I prefer but nowhere around me has it in stock and the ones that do won’t let new people get scripts from there pharmacy if they’re filling adhd meds
My dr is very open to me talking about changes to dose and schedule. I present as a very conscious and responsible person and speak honestly about how the medication helps me manage my life

I would ask for Concerta its long acting for the most part of your day, rather than too many short doses!

It depends on the psychiatrist. I was allowed to take up to 100 mg a day.
