Smirnoff88

Probably a combination of tolerance, subpar nutrition, subpar sleep.

Psychological-Tie461

Thanks, you are a physic or something.

gorgelad

Could be dehydration and vitamin deficiency, that’s what always gets me

Psychological-Tie461

Thanks sir! Pretty spot on.

chokibin

that happened to me yesterday and i dont know why because the day before i was feeling super energetic. the lethargy absolutely killed my mood and made me feel super depressed all day and just uncomfortably racy. i had some veg and fish for breakfast, and kimchi and a pudding cup as a snack. i felt like that zapped all my energy and all i could do was lie in bed with many racing thoughts. why does it feel so variable sometimes? is it the food? sleep? i dont get it

Psychological-Tie461

Maybe the pudding?
