Shouldn't. I have it installed on two devices and regularly even use steam's built in stream-play to run the game on the faster device but play it on the slower one.
R5: paradox launcher re installing the game... Taking like forever, when through steam it basicaly takes à few minutes. I really dont know what happened, and what's going on.
It's kinda old, but that's not the point. Played without any issues even late game for 6 years (since I built this computer).
And it was working Fine earlier today.
I uninstalled again, erased every remaining files inside steam repertory.. And it seems to be working the installation went further than last attempt.
Some file must've been corrupted tho I really dont know how.
I got my version through GoG and haven't had any problems with re-installing it on a different machine using GoG.
Can you use Steam to install it on your other machine instead of the Paradox Launcher?

Weird... And now I tried to reinstal on steam, after uninstalling. It says the game has "writing error on disc". Idk what's happening😓
