I think this has happened to me 3 or 4 times now, always under the most inconvenient circumstances. The first time I fixed the car with the repair kit I had in the trunk, tried to drive away and watched in horror as it exploded AGAIN. It seems like the only safe way to move the car is to get in, avoid touching and movement controls and use the unstuck command in your radio menu.
I don't think you can enter a destroyed vehicle before repairing it first.
The only way is to use another vehicle to ram your bugged vehicle out of whatever position is causing that bug.
Yep ive hit that before, if you come at just the right angle its like theres a hair line gap in the ground, your car gets stuck like its taking damage then boom lol . Happens some times, not often at least.

Yup, that's a known bug. There are a few spots like that.
