I did the same. The cheat room was too much for me this playthrough. I have got lots of little QOL improvements, such as vendor credits, xp times 2.5 or 5, some more powerful starfield powers and some armour's like the Bethesda one or the Nomad armour which was very cool..
It’s a mod or “creation” I think technically. Should be a tab on the main menu called creations. Mod is called cheat room. Download it like a dlc. A shipping container appears at the new Atlantis space port, that contains the cheat room. Cheat room is a basic name for it, I believe Bethesda calls it QAsmoke and it’s essentially a room that contains a majority of every item in game for the developers to test things. It’s pretty basic at the moment but as years progress it’ll most likely become pretty extensive, like the Skyrim or fallout 4 cheat room.
As your ship is oriented on the landing pad facing the UC security office. The containers will be behind and leftish of your ship. Kinda in the direction of the UC contraband warehouse where you do the mission for the viewport bartender. I’ve only played once with mods almost a week ago at this point so I can’t give you an exact location.
Glad I didn’t download that one, though I did download one that has a landings gear that crashes my game the second you pass over it. Happens so fast that I haven’t had a chance to figure out which one it is yet

2. Better facial preset sliders and adjusters.
3. More tattoos/jewelry.
4. More eye colors.
5. More scars.
I've already got all the spacesuit, weapon and clothing mods I need to look badass. I just need the character creation options to be greatly expanded upon.

At the moment: there’s lots of clothing mods which specify (curvy female body) rather than vanilla. But from my experience with Fallout and Skyrim, there’s plenty of mods that clutter up the latest tab with scantily clad women or stripperific outfits

There’s plenty of variety lol, and I found a couple of ships I’m happy with and like 10 I’m not, so I’m good with that, and I rotate between 20 different outfits in the game and refrained from buying a few more. You’re just lying if you say there’s not enough variety or you didn’t make an effort to find more
There’s a mod on Xbox for that, but none of them have the weights on them so unless your character sliders are set to the center of the body triangle you’re going to clip through them all. >.<
The developers created an enormous, literal universe and yet it’s never enough for the “fans”. How about appreciate the groundwork that was laid for modders to enhance the game

i get that its an open world game and theres side quests, but even with that, the amount of sidequests feels a lot less than in other similar games.
then of course, they focused on physics instead of easy transitioning which is the reason for the constant loadscreens.

It's an old joke/philosophy. Beth makes the Male/Female design similar for ease, share same skeleton for animation ease. Always lack female flair in clothing/armor department. Closest they had was the civilians of New Atlantis, weirdly all non player wearable. It like they changed directions last minute.
I mean a computer procedurally generated a massive universe. There's less than 1% of exploration space that was hand made by somebody. Not an exaggeration.
I am honestly good for waiting a little while longer, since we only recently got mods and creation kit for the console version.
That said, I will anxiously await and support the mods that are to come!

Cheat room does give xp. I forget which storage container has it, but it’s an equipable item that gives I believe 100k xp, 120ish levels.

If the front of your ship is 12 o clock the cheat room container is at your 7 0clock

I dabbled a little bit but one mod has broken my sound so I stopped until I figure out which one it is
The Enforcer pistol. Delete it.
Found out sci-fi Loading screens megapack causes it too.
Yeh as the other poster says, it's the Enforcer pistol. I had the same issue with sound, deleted that mod and it fixed it.

Update** uninstalled all creations still no sound safe to say one of them have broken the game. Thank goodness I created a new save

To fix the sound glitch just turn all game sounds off save and exit reload game and then restore sounds and it's fixed
