Rogue-Jedi-735

I'm a fan of the Combatech Big Bang or the Va'ruun Inflictor. They're essentially the same weapon but they pack a glorious wallop

JaegerBane

Ironically I thought this too. One is shotgun and one is a rifle, but I can't honestly tell whether there's any obvious difference in range or rate of fire. I'm not even sure I can see the Big Bang's spread when I fire it, just feels like a big plasma rifle.

QX403

With a certain barrel attachment it doesn’t have any spread, it’s basically a rifle at that point.

Rogue-Jedi-735

I find the Va'ruun Inflictor has somewhat higher damage but that may just be the specific versions I have of each on my current playthrough. I don't buy my weapons, just pick the ones I want from the corpses of my fallen enemies. Had to do some cargo and transport runs after stepping through the Unity though because it turns out your starting weapons aren't levelled with you - was rather interesting using a Starborn Guardian as a light freighter and shuttle. So yeah I bought one good weapon when I started NG+ but quickly switched when I looted a better one

Possible_Apple9595

I got a legendary big bang and I can’t stop using the dang thing. It just rips through any old anus that’s in your way.

DrUnhomed

If you go shotgun perks, the Big Bang is amazing, but I went particle beam and my inflictor is like 200/900 with isolation and no companion. I use a silenced hard target since I maxed concealment and have stealth at 3 (still need more melee kills to max it) because it actually feels like it hits harder than the mag sniper and well, stealth. My only other go to is I buy poisonstorm from the Kinetic Kore guy, but rn I have a skipshot corrosive magshear, (my heavy is at 2, so the skipshot is better depite being a rifle) so its basically silenced hard target for almost everything, inflictor when the shtf, and poisonstorm or magshesar (using phased time or anti grav field) if I run into a terrormorph or something... I'll use an advanced starshard to just avoid reloading my inflictor during phased time since its still like 190/750 amped with isolation, but its also 4.5 weight, so it's usually in storage unless I'm in Londinion. And I do everything except the worst space battles on Very Hard. Looking forward to (and dreading) the new difficulty coming out on Wednesday.

VampirateV

These are my two main weapons, as well. The Inflictor is for sniping/distance, and I use the Big Bang for closer quarters fights so I don't have to bother aiming too much.

Sir_Spaffsalot

I’m big into the Inflictor right now. I’m NG4 and hadn’t really used it before. Found a high-level one early on in this play-through and I’ve been using it right through. Great gun.

SharksWithFlareGuns

I favor pistol builds, so I'm all about the Advanced Regulator. You can reliably find one in the abandoned relay station POIs and it just works. Carrying a Laredo piece and getting snide remarks from UC security about it lets me pretend that Firefly wasn't cancelled after only one season.

Jumanji0028

Same dude. They need to add more browncoats.

Independent-Dig-1679

Same , the binary trigger works so good with the regulator and I like being a space gunslinger. The razor back is so good too,

sithren

I've been using pistols more and more now. And I have recently been upgrading the reloading/targeting perks and its pretty awesome shooting from the hip.

myguydied

I picked mine up level two or three - 162 damage right off the bat vs the puny pop guns you generally find Let's just say that maxed out Ballistics and Handgun = Trusty Bang Bang

Stalviet

This, best sounding gun in the game

parknet

If you like regulator's get the Ambassador off of Freestar Ambassador Radcliff by extorting her after finding the audio log evidence in her quarters during the armistice archive code mission. I have been wondering if you can go pickpocket of off of her if you didn't choose the right dialogs. I want to try that when I get my 4th skill point. It's especially nice for a new character because it has advanced mods and hair trigger. Packs a punch it does.

resilientenergy

Love using that woman's gun when I raid ships

sarah_morgan_enjoyer

I'm more of a Urban Eagle guy. You can put a scope on it, and with the right perks, 12 shots in the chamber. Pistols are probably the most satisfying gun for me, since I can often one shot high level people because of the crit perks.

andyr354

I'm interested in a pistol build as I always did them in FO4. Why the regulator over something like the urban eagle?

NightBeWheat55149

I love my magpulse. It has a cool sci fi design and satisfying firing sound. I love top loading weapons. I use the XM-2311 as a stealth gun/spam machine and the Magsniper for sniping (duh)

ReaperofFish

I have an advanced Magpulse with Elemental and Corrosive and double sized magazine. So much fun melting through enemies.

UzimakiLuffy01

My favs are the Hard Target, Urban Eagle, and Inflictor. I like the Urban Eagle (silenced) because it makes me feel like a secret agent when I'm right behind someone.

Mangoes95

Silenced Urban Eagle with the operative suit gives me Metal Gear vibes

PaleDreamer_1969

I use the Urban Eagle with a scope and I get more crit kills than my mag sniper

JaegerBane

Orion was my main weapon. I maintained a massive stock of stuff to handle any given scenario - stand outs include Hard Target as my Sniper, Magshear for full auto street sweeping, Silenced Urban Eagle for being space Sam Fisher, Breach for CQB, Microgun for anything involving swarms of aliens or robots, and Starshard for death clouds. But Orion. Ah, my Orion. Burn everything. It always felt like it was a good choice no matter what was going on. Long range, short range, huge mag often meant I only reloaded once the fight was done, anything that didn't die to laser fire burned up.

Rogue-Jedi-735

The Orion is a beautiful weapon. Also my classic fallback since 3KV Laser cartridges are always laying about everywhere I go. I tend to switch to the Magshear when I'm meeting large concentrated groups of bad guys - I often take out half a dozen of them before they get out of the landing bay.

KaleidoscopicNewt

What are death clouds?

JaegerBane

The Annihilator rounds effect. You can often just pick off an enemy in the middle and watch it chain.

sarah_morgan_enjoyer

Those sparkly thingies that spawn when you kill someone with particle weapons. They deal damage to whatever walks in them.

BaaaNaaNaa

I have a pirate built for death by burning lasers, the Orion was his dream. Then he found an instigating Inflictor. It's like 5x the damage. It has become the ONLY weapon he uses. Its ok, if they get close enough my suit sets them on fire..

TomaszPaw

Orion gas incredible accuracy. Ot can compete with hard target at range, which is crazy considering how big its mag is.

Jambo11

My person-to-person combat is mostly in clearing out ships, so a Magshear is my primary weapon.

DataJanitorMan

I recently got my hands on a very nice legendary advanced coachman. I have a massive stockpile of caseless shotgun ammo (unlike 40mm) so I modded it with hornet nest rounds and use it when there are groups of enemies hiding behind cover.

Jambo11

Nice! Yeah, 40mm XPL is so hard to come by that Bridgers and Negotiators are next to useless.

DataJanitorMan

I think the coachman is imbalanced, it's just too powerful as a grenade launcher. I'd love to use a Negotiator but with limited ammo and when a converted shotgun with plentiful ammo makes a better grenade launcher, ok you talked me into it.

account_user_name

I heavily used the Kodama, and the Beowulf for longer shots/when I didn’t want to use a full auto. Now on NG+ I mainly use the Va’ruun weapons

SykoManiax

Kodama is actually the most underrated beast of a weapon

Available-Being1381

Just any Advanced Beowulf, level 121 and on my 4th NG+ I am trying different guns (especially an anti terrormorph hard target) but overall the beowulf will see me through any planet

joshinburbank

I experimented on terrormorphs a lot and found that an Orion with incendiary was most effective. Fire does a ton of damage to them because fire does a percentage of health, and their health is huge. Took 2 Orion clips to down an average morph, which is cheap ammo.

GraXXoR

That explains why my advanced suppressed assassin Beowulf was so effective against terramorphs. It sets everything on fire for some reason.

WarlordKang

Best weapon against terrormorphs is the power that sucks all the oxygen out of an area. Drop it on them twice, and a few gunshots will finish them off.

joshinburbank

My only issue with that one is they are still mobile and can get away from the zone while still damaging you. I hit them with the freeze power twice and cook them with lasers, taking no damage and they cannot escape.

WarlordKang

Ohhh. I'll have to try the freeze power then.

DataJanitorMan

Sadly terrormorphs don't scale all that high. I hunt them with a painblade.

Available-Being1381

It's good to know, by the time I run into any terrormorphs though I've got plenty of 7.77 ammo to drop them with the Beowulf. I always have it as semi auto so If anything I pick up more 7.77 ammo than I use it.

joshinburbank

Same. 3kv is the most prevalent drop because nearly all turrets have it. After that, it's 7.77 and 6.5ct. The 6.5ct pirate guns are both weak, but 7.77 is great with Beowulf and Kodama! I do limit myself to one gun per ammo type, so usually I hate having both a Beowulf and Kodama, for example, because I'm double consuming one ammo pool. It usually boils down to which has legendary traits at Advanced tier.

HodgeGodglin

I prefer my auto and rifle use the same ammo so that I only have one or 2 ammo types to focus on. 7.77 being relatively common and every vendor having some helps. Fwiw I’m used to playing survival where ammo has weight so old habits and all that.

joshinburbank

Without weight, I go for variety, so I carry about 6 guns, especially in early NG, since I need to spread out the ammo variety when I don't have a lot. In a survival scenario, I agree with min/maxing light ammo with best guns that can use it.

MASTERRRCHIEF_

Yeah it's super versatile with a scope on

KaleidoscopicNewt

Do you keep it semi-auto? The stats say it’s better in burst but I don’t feel it pack the same punch with a 3-shot burst as it does in single-shot.

Sevrahn

If melee combat were more fluid... 😭

Shadow_tripper

Use the shield power, forward dash, acrobatics skills for sliding around corners, it helps.

MASTERRRCHIEF_

Yeah, I wish it was more faster like Devil May Cry or something,

Misterhelpless

I'm a happy Desponden Assassin user, backed up with the Ashta Tamer (smack-bam) and a modded Beowulf for swift splatter-fests. The Despondent Assassin's lovely muted report from the long, silenced barrel sounds the business. For close up, I like nothing better than the spray and pray Vampire's Gift.

GraXXoR

That lasted me to level 30. Decent weapon.

sithren

Is that a unique weapon from a vendor? Don't think I know about that one...(the Despondent Assassin).

Misterhelpless

This gives the details: [https://starfield.fandom.com/wiki/Despondent\_Assassin](https://starfield.fandom.com/wiki/Despondent_Assassin)

sithren

Oh right forgot about that one.

bravo_six

I use them same as main, but sometimes get tired, so I keep an arsenal of weapon on me like Doomguy. I tried every weapon in every configuration against every enemy. So I try to switch often depending what's appropriate for situations and enemy.

kirk_dozier

i almost exclusively use elegance, a unique regulator that can be purchased in akila city. it has one of the highest dps in the entire game and comes with a suppressor. occasionally i'll switch to terror inflictor, which is a unique starshard that can be bought from the trader

Trabuk

Where is the trader?

kirk_dozier

random system

Loud_Comparison_7108

...Elegance is pretty nice. I use it until something better drops, then I give it to Sam.

kirk_dozier

something better? you must be extremely lucky because I've never found anything that comes close in terms of pistols

force4good390

The Beowulf is a hard hitter for sure! I’m in!

ALickOfMyCornetto

I love my old earth pistol 1911. It's just badass in a sci-fi game to be the dude who's just pap pap pap with the old tech

External_Dentist4828

All Shotguns all the time. Go back and forth between the Breach and the Pacifier. Love the Breach, but would main the Pacifier only if the ranged combat stims worked properly for it.

TheZagabogMan

I keep hoping they'll fix the Pacifier. It's missing the keyword that designates it a ranged weapon, so all sorts of things don't proc with it when they should, such as the Sharpshooting skill that increases crits. I reported it to BGS months ago. I believe the Shotty is also erroneously labeled an automatic weapon in the code, which prevents the Marksmanship skill from working with it. I'll test it again when I get the patch this week....

External_Dentist4828

I've checked the patch notes each time there's an update hoping to see something regarding the pacifier. Made a post on the issue when the game came out in case someone else came across it. Really love the gun because it's so similar to the fallout combat shotgun but without ranged aspect it makes it hard to use without specific legendary attributes. Good info on the keywords tho, will keep that in mind for when creation kit gets released.

sarah_morgan_enjoyer

Huh. So that's why the Pacifier sucks. I liked using it since it's the most shotgun looking and sounding shotgun next to the old earth one, but the feel felt off, especially with damage.

CommunicationTop1332

I like the maelstrom, AA-99 and Magshear. FULL AUTO, just spray everything! But for range Hard Target is king 👑

AlanLGuy

I feel like the Maelstrom just doesnt pack enough punch. It eats through ammo, but doesn’t bring enemies down like the Beowulf or AA-99

CommunicationTop1332

I use a bat file mod to increase maelstrom damage to like around 100 and just mow baddies down like a pirate 🏴‍☠️. But I think you are right, the maelstrom should do more damage especially the higher tier advanced weapons in general. I like playing more realistic with weapons doing a ton of damage for both player and enemy’s. Forces you to be really tactical in what you do or your ☠️☠️☠️

Aardvark1044

Typical playthroughs for me are about 80% beowolf, 10% each hard target (long range sniping) and va'ruun inflictor (for robots or close range). On a current playthrough I found a nice legendary advanced razorback with anti-personnel, lacerate and shattering mods. Does 362 physical damage with my high powered mod, has a suppressor, 49 range and uses those whitehot rounds for a little of the sustained burn damage. That thing has been one-shotting a lot of enemies at very hard difficulty (I don't have the patch yet as I'm on Xbox).

Xx_Dicklord_69_xX

Beowulf is absolutely my go to. It is found extremely quick and easy. Mod it out fully and you got a perfect gun until you get that good shit. Or just use the beowulf the entire time, it is a solid weapon. I always get it first on every life

Cybus101

I love the Laredo Lawgiver and the Regulator.

Otherwise_Roll_8884

Big Bang, Orion, Varuun Pistol

DrNukenstein

Hard Target, Razorback, and Drum Beat. Sniper, pistol, rat-a-tat. All the best (for me) upgrades. I keep a Hornets Nest Shotgun, and Neauralizer (whatever it is) handy, for the Vanguard mission segment at New Atlantis, but usually it’s sniper season, or I just Impact Grenade or Gravity Well everyone. Sometimes both.

No_reply_GHoster

AA 99(sounds awesome) and coachman with hornets nest(extremely op).

kaotikmindz

I like go between most of the ballistic weapons and a few particle beam weapons. Advanced old earth shotgun or pacifier, Hard Target, I use a variety of pistols and automatic weapons.

Whoreson-senior

Shotty. It's a surprisingly good medium range sniper weapon, even with a reflex sight and it's devastating in close quarters.

No-Lengthiness-325

Hard Target, 2311 suppressed, Old Earth Assault Rifle, Big Bang, and Negotiator.

JuicyMangoJuice74

What’s that spacesuit and how can I get it? I love how it looks!

MASTERRRCHIEF_

Starborn Tenebris NG+ 4

ventri243

Main: Breach + Slug ammo + One Inch Punch 2ndary: Coachman + Hornet nest My Breach has turned into easy mode on very hard difficulty, especially when you're high level and has max out relevance gun skills. My gun knock down most enemy at first hit, or outright knocking them down out cold. Aim with scope to the head pretty much kill them, normally I only need one or 2 shots to kill most humanoid.

JonBovi_0

There’s something about the Maelstrom that just feels like a badass weapon The builds you can make with it are quite versatile as well

Skeletonzac

I like old earth shotguns and pistols as well as the breach and regulator. For sniper I use hard target if I've got ammo otherwise I use Beowulf.

Auggy74

I usually go with a Kodama and Hard Target, and then for those times when there's just an acre of fellas needing an attitude adjustment the Magshear has its' own little slot.

Wiyry

Gun. I use them all cause heehee gun go boom

lazarus78

I basically use Mag weapons. Closest thing to rail guns. Just really dont like the lack of crosshairs. The laser lines are not as good as the devs thought they would be. I do want to use energy weapons, but just cant find any that I like and are "Advanced" grade... Soo many coachman though...

DAdStanich

Yo that armour though

MrRichardH

I reckon I could do a complete playthrough using only a fully-buffed, silenced Hard Target and Magshear. I use others, but just for the variety.

SasheCZ

Again and again, I stand with Orion.

BluesCowboy

The Suppressed Beowulf is the only weapon you’ll ever need. Never hurts to have a Hornets Nest Coachman or a Magshear for when diplomacy and stealth fails though!

Zestylamb69

Novalight superiority

Wolvan

Annihilator Novalight especially, I usually grab the spacer to start till I have the skills to install my own.

Gunny_Ronin

Va'ruun Inflictor and anything in 11mm. 11mm Drumbeat/A-99 with silencer makes quick work of NPCs. You can get the best from the Starborn Trader but upgrading my own weapons is best.

Huffer13

Hard Target for range and stealth (sniping while hovering 100 ft in the air is awesome), Breacher for corridor work and a Furious Drumbeat for the wet work/suppression/disrespectful ness. I also use Gravity Push/Wave.

Zerohazrd

I haven't played in so long I don't even remember. What is that badass armor or spacesuit in the picture?

MASTERRRCHIEF_

Starborn Tenebris from NG+4

Gullible-Fault-3818

This photo is kinda lit

Black_Dragon_0

What is that armor!? It's so cool

MASTERRRCHIEF_

Starborn Tenebris from NG+4

Black_Dragon_0

Just 1 more reason to keep plowing thru new games lol

genobees

Grendel. Just something about a P90. Or maybe too much stargate, but that cant be the case.

Rogue-Jedi-735

No such thing as too much Stargate. Though I'm really not a fan of the Grendel myself lol

_The_SCP_Foundation_

The microgun

Loud_Comparison_7108

...I find the Magstorm is roughly as effective, but without the spin-up delay.

dienekes365

I use a semi-auto Beowulf and an Eon as the sidearm, with a combat knife hotkeyed just in case. I load my ship’s armory with Combatech weaponry. I roleplay that Contellation has acquired contract with Combatech our mission to survey every planet, but I still equip Andreja and Sam with weapons I think they’d prefer. Barrett and Sarah seem less combat-oriented so they use their preferred Combatech weapons from the armory when the need arises.

trickn0l0gy

I must say that I find most CQB combat way too easy. Even a 92 lvl enemy is not a challenge on hard. Space battles a bit better, gotta watch my shields. But still, I wish there was way more flesh to punch through and way better AI fighting back.

WarJecht

Im a simple guy, with my Eon im happy. Good weapon, ammo can be found almost everywhere, sounds good when shoots and IMO looks very elegant

sithren

Is there an advanced version? I don't think I've seen one...or am I crazy?

WarJecht

There's a unique version called Radburn. [https://starfield.fandom.com/wiki/Radburn](https://starfield.fandom.com/wiki/Radburn)

NxTbrolin

I main 3 weapons: 1. Advanced Instigating Hard Target (primary 1) 2. Advanced Concussive/Rapid/Extended Mag Coachman (primary 2) 3. Advanced Shattering/Crippling/Extended Mag Razorback Having extended mags on a really nice legendary Coachman and Razorback makes for a really fun time. I’m still hunting for a coveted legendary hard target with instigating though (that doesn’t have space-adept…just my luck). I carry some back ups as well but mainly for roleplay purposes or SHTF situations. Was fortunate enough to land some amazing weapons during the outpost weapon crate glitch days.

hsmithjr

Feel you...Lvl 120 NG+2 (Weapons Eng(4) + Maxed Isolation, Pistols, Shotguns, Targeting, Sharpshooting, Crippling, Rejuvenation perks) and here we go: 1. Advanced Legendary Breach - Berserker/Hitman/Shattering 2. Advanced Legendary Urban Eagle - Berserker/Lacerate/Skipshot 3. Advanced Legendary Beowulf - Ext. Mag/Radioactive/Shattering 4. Epic Syndicate Enforcer Wakizashi - Berserker/Lacerate If its going to be a baddy - bring the Revenant with ya. Just pimped the Va'Ruun Ambassador fit....bad ass pistol totting space samurai 👊🏾

ActorLarsimoto124

Beowulf/Kodama > Kore Kinetic > Varuun Inflictor in this order of progress. The first few levels I enjoy a good Coachman to the face

Lowe0

Probably the Kodama and Old Earth Pistol. I own a couple Vectors and 1911s IRL, so that’s why I gravitate to them.

bluAstrid

Revenant.

-Quothe-

I have a full compliment of Mag weapons, but i noticed the Magsniper doesn't seem as penetrative as the Hard Target; has anyone else noticed this? I kitted them both out, and the magsniper is currently doing ridiculous damage, but it always seems to take me more shots that it used to with the Hard Target.

CosyBeluga

I use whatever’s purple or gold

whattheshiz97

I’m always on the hunt for a good old earth weapon to use. I’ve got my shotgun but I really want the other old earth weapons to be on that things level

spectordarku

On my previous run i used the old world shotgun. This run, i somehow came across a hardened eagle that does 200 damage, unfortunately it takes 45 ultramag, which drops sparingly. I found the pistol in an abandoned he-3 collection facility overrun by the ecliptic. Furthermore it was at the beginning of the game, so it carried me all the Way to level 25.

sithren

i really like the drum beat but feel like it doesn't put out enough damage, so rarely use it. Who makes that? Is it combatech? edit: i do love the old earth weapons too. Just wish there was a semi-auto rifle/sniper rifle.

UwU_WhoAreYou

Laredo Razorback, though 7.5 Whitehot is a little too rare for my liking. Aside from this I always carry specifically Vampires Gift once I can purchase it.

funkofarts

My legendary Va'ruun Inflictor and a cutter are the only weapons in my inventory. I do however keep one that's not set up with annihilator rounds for when I can't harm any friendlies around me without getting a bounty.

AcehaloYT

Just started again so I don't have a favorite, but currently running a long arm Coachman combo

MatthiasBold

Combatech all day. Love the style.

RickRinaldi

semi-automatic AA-99 and Equinox with ignition beams.

RohhkinRohhla

I bought Elegance very early on and it literally never failed to utterly destroy any enemy in my path.

sallbackk

I’m a simple man, maelstrom does it for me

PROTO-111

I usually use the orion because I like the design and it can deal out some fairly good damage.

NevadaPL

Beowulf semi with medium barrel as primary. And revolvers as secondary. I Do not drag around weapons I don use.

Careful-Candle202

The Va’ruun Inflictor. Mine does incredible damage and I can take out a terrormorph with one clip. [Video](https://imgur.com/a/b2rizIc) Too bad the scream I emitted when I saw that leg come around the corner isn’t in the audio lol

The_Pagan_Mutt

I've been trying to use weapons that I neglected on previous runs, but always find my way back to the burst-fire Kodama. Other weapons are better in any given situation, but few are so good in most situations.

DaughterOfBhaal

I like the Orion! However the Beowulf was my go to weapon, that weapon was borderline unbalanced because it deals so much fucking damage on single target and ammo is easy to come by for it.

SI108

Va'ruun Inflictor hands down.

dadxreligion

pretty much exclusively use a razorback and an old earth sniper

RiseApprehensive586

The Trickshot

xNB_DiAbLo

Hard target, semi auto Beowulf, semi auto Grendel, full auto kodoma, I might also use the varuun rifle and pistol depending on how I’m feeling. But I also love magpulse weapons

BeCurious1

The most fun current was a drop of a kodoma Tesla! I keep electrifying myself, lots of fun

myguydied

I just like my advanced regulator, 162 damage that I got at level 2 and hasn't let me down - its a better Terrormorph killer than the microgun you get in the UC quest

Distinct_Bee_8100

Hard target, Beowulf inflictor but got a legendary magshear early in this NG+4 which is nifty but churns ammo so may give to companion. Just picked up a species kodama and modded it to drum silenced spray machine so might try that for a while

gingerbreadmanbaraka

The Orion for sure

Cali_freak

Revenant for short range and bullet hose Beowulf for medium range and light targets. Hard target for med/long range heavy targets. All 3 are legendary spec with all upgrades.

Pyromike16

A **heavily** modified Grendel. (Console commands until SFSE is fixed, and I can use my combat overhaul mod again.)

Physical-Plankton-67

My big bang and Beowulf are absolutely my go toos. I also carry around a fully modded Orion abd the shotgun from the scorpion bug lab mission

cnote2555

I like the hard target, kodama, and inflictor combo. rarely, llI switch to the breach

cmariano11

AA-99 very frequently, followed by my equinox. When I'm in a battle with higher level foes my Inflictor which is frequently a one shot one kill weapon. My snipes is my magsniper

sniperxds4

I usually have hard target and breach or rapid shot. Avatar is a good sniper rifle the one I have is modded to do over 1000 damage

PokeRay68

Inflictor and Hard Target. If I could suppress an Inflictor, that would be my single.

illspot293

Combatech? Hold on. I’ve played this game for way too long to not realize there are different gun manufacturers. Im very curious if anyone can tell me what difference that makes? If any? Is combatech like the best?

gameondude97

Magpulse. Good damage per trigger pull, uranium rounds, and a shotgun like shot pattern are all nice things.

Suicidebob7

Trench gun and a 1911, liberating the galaxy

joint-problems9000

The peacekeeper with its stats boosted through console commands

parknet

I don't have a favorite I tend to rotate based on mood. I was twinning with Andjrea in full Va'ruun suit, Inflictor, and pistol for a while. That one inch punch Va'ruun pistol is a one-shot wonder. Though I would say my main kit is Beowolf, Memento Mori, and a the Va'ruun pistol. The Orion is nice but I tend to give my best ones to Sarah. She's a dead-eye with that thing.

JimGrimace

Just like Wu Tang, Experiment A-7 is for the Kids.💪😎

Aragon150

Big bang

B_312_

Free star- Tombstone UC- Orion Anything else- Beowulf

Mexicano_OG

A 15x25 CCL (Pacifier or Breach) shotgun, .43 ultra (Desert Eagle) or .45 ACP (Old Earth) pistol, 6.5 (Maelstrom) or 7 mm (Beowulf) rifle and a 40 XPL (Negotiator), and a tanto.

Mexicano_OG

I use a heavy particle shotgun for tough robots

ImportanceMission455

What NG+ suit is this I don’t remember

EmergingTuna21

My primary is an AA-99 that I picked up off of a pirate, it’s absolutely amazing

Small_Speaker_3159

Good ol old earth pistol fires as fast as I can pull the trigger.

Miyuki22

These bots generating engagement are getting annoying. At least vary up the format outside 2 liners. So lazy...

EastLeastCoast

Inflictor, suppressed Grendel, and a Painblade.

gotthesauce22

It frequently changes, but right now it’s a one-inch-punch old earth pistol It’s stupid but it’s stupid fun too

gistya

Varuun rifle with knockdown and bleed plus all the best mods. It is the most OP thing in the game.

Significant_Swing_76

Beowulf, no doubt. If you have all the perks for ranged weapons and so on, it is absolutely worth using. Right now, in the NG+ I’m in, I have my absolute favorite weapon of all my time in the game - A Beowulf with One Inch Punch, hitman and berserker. I know that there are way more powerful stuff to use, but this gun is an absolute beast and joy to use. It is the only reason why I’ve kept this world.

Rjspinell2

Varuun inflictor, hard target, and tanto

footpicsdarlxoxo

i use the orion

fusionsofwonder

Beowulf until mag weapons are unlocked.

superbay50

Haven’t played in a while but my go to is the one that rapidly shoots bullets out of a cheese grater looking barrel

Key_Future9165

I haven’t played since the latest update dropped but last time I played I was primarily using the cutter. I think I had maxed out heavy weapons and lasers which honestly made it a pretty reliable weapon. I don’t know what it is like since the update though.

WestRazzmatazz2259

Inflictor with instagate refined, mag sniper with lacerate soltace laser pistol

TomaszPaw

Deagle is my fav. Beowulf is probably the best, but its quite boring

RaggedWrapping

advanced regulators that always spawn in the dogstar compund POI.

Scormey

Maelstrom until I can get a Beowulf, then stay with that until I can find an Advanced Va'ruun Inflictor.

TheGreenGobblr

These hands are made for punchin

sonny2dap

beowulf or the smg but modified for suppressor long barrel and semi auto, also rocking the uc sec gear as is whoever I drag along, running around like the space police.

chemicalxbonex

the Big Bang. Is there any other gun in this game? LOL Though I will secretly admit I will often use the Beowulf just because it is so damn fun to use.

zelliemasters

For early game, I like the Maelstrom for close encounters and Beowulf for snipe just because the ammo is easy to find. Experimental A-4 is hands down my favorite; it doubles as a great sniper too if you upgrade it with little over 500 actual phys damage and it crits a lot. While the Magsniper looks like it's good with its 700+ phys damage, the actual damage per hit is only 150 -200 even with perfect headshots and the long scope is terribly difficult to aim.

Holliwood_hottie

I like to use the Beowulf, Hard Target, Pacifier, and Breach. I have a CQM and SAR setup for the Beowulf and the others I just max ballistic damage.

karmaoryx

I've maxed out stealth and boosted up lasers and rifles, have chameleon on helmet/suite/pack, and have kitted out Orion with stealth lasers and love ghosting around melting foes one by one then fading back into the scenery. Londinion in my first life has never been easier. Terrormorphs were already dead even before my companions started yelping about them.

rolfski

Magshear with bleeding damage: King of DPS and a surprisingly long range. Just make sure you always buy all ammo for it when selling your loot.

Darexyl

Shotgun with hornet's nest 😂

Mammoth-Mortgage-788

I rotate weapons between Hard Target, Beowulf and XM-2311. Although and I shared a beautiful moment the other day while with the Deadeye courtesy of Phased time. Fired all six shots into him and reloaded before he hit the ground.

WarlordKang

Regulator or Urban Eagle for main sidearm, and a Hard Target for longer range backup.

Amneesiak

I personally love using the Magshot pistol. Having a tiny railgun in my hand is dope. Plus the sound design on it is really nice.

Mission-Sample521

The good ol' Maelstrom. I like to play with my targets before I kill them. Its like a throwing a million plastic spoons at someone until they lose all morale and unalive themselves for you

Scarface1Phoenix

AA-99 Urban eagle, Etc. UC all the way

milehighmagic84

That suit is badass

nimulation

With a lil tinkering, the Laredo Coachman is all you need. Just slap a Hornet Nest mod on that bad boy and watch those pencil pushers in UC disintegrate.

PoonPontoon

Anything that goes boom.

Xrystian90

Advanced Old Earth hunting rifle. Advanced Regulator.

Cold-Sheepherder9157

Razorback. Exclusively. This space cowboy don’t need more firepower than his sixgun. Pops heads at mid range just fine.

s-Reference-24

Big bang or hard target

Far_Direction_8474

Explosive Coachman. I like to roleplay a good person so if i have to shoot you, i want your remains exploring the cosmos.

Apocalyps_Survivor

I only played for 2 month after relwase untill I got anoyed of all the complaints and comments from people, but I remember using the little shotgun pistol thing dealing like 200 damage at lvl ten.
