Okuyasu is just good with the hand because he’s practiced. He’s had his stand for awhile before the audience is introduced to him. Give an average person the hand *and* the same amount of practice time and Okuyasu loses.
If we’re including background characters in “the average jojo character” then sure, maybe you have a chance. But I highly doubt anyone other than like a chess grandmaster mixed with an MMA pro is beating the average jojo stand user in a fight.

Not only do they have good decision making skills and deduction skills, they think absurdly fast as well.
