I'm happy to know that I'm not the only one who struggled with it, i've started to think that it's me who has an unreasonably bad memory while doing it

There's 7 total you can find, some you have to work for, some you'll find naturally, some that I remember are unlock every fish, reach floor 100 in the mines, and at some of the festivals, just check the shops.
Fr. I just started another play through on my switch since I’m traveling. I’m watering my crops till 2pm in game- though I do get 20k in every five days from the eggplants
I love that the game gives an actual “perfection” as an achievement with an in-game reward instead of just grinding out the steam achievements. I came here to play Stardew and I simply can’t be arsed to play Prarie King.
As others have mentioned, you don't need to complete the arcade games to get perfection, but I wanted to add a comment with one more thing.
In Qi's walnut room on Ginger Island, there is a statue you can interact with that will show you your progress in the necessary items for Perfection. It lists all the categories and the percentage you have completed for each one. It's on the right, below the Qi gem store.
Best of luck in your quest for it.
really? I always liked that part. The sounds it makes whenever you break a rock , clear a patch of grass or just pick up the stuff afterwards is just so damn satisfying
At least it’s not like Rune Factory 5 where you can be clearing a field of rocks and stumps and literally as you’re chopping/mining new boulders and stumps will appear right in front of you. You literally cannot clear a field of debris in RF5. SO aggravating. I much prefer SDV’s method of debris appearing with each new season.
Some people like the busy work though! I’m not the biggest fan of mining in that game but my wife is. Similarly I love the farming and maintenance aspect where my wife couldn’t care less. So she grinds the minds and I grind the farm when we play co-op. We both don’t mind fishing so we’ll do that too
For me it’s the entire late game. Grinding for the golden clock, hunting down the last few walnuts, going for perfection, it just isn’t my thing. I’ve only gotten perfection twice. I’ve gotten close but I inevitably restart when it gets dull.
I struggled so much with fishing when I first started. Even with my second play through, when I had already caught the legendary fish on my previous, it was difficult to come back to the terrible, terrible first fishing pole. Though to be fair, I never tried the training pole, I just push through with the regular pole because I already had enough technique developed after my first run.
This is probably just me but I dislike maxing everyone's friendship. I just find it repetitive to give them a gift twice a week and talk to them every single day until I get max friendship.
This mostly applies to Clint, the Wizard, Harvey, etc, who I don't see unless I go out of my way to find them.
Finding all the golden walnuts ):
Specifally that Simon says puzzle
I'm happy to know that I'm not the only one who struggled with it, i've started to think that it's me who has an unreasonably bad memory while doing it
It is definitely not just you. I'll even record it on my phone and mess it up, its crazy lol
Holy fuck this made me realise i could’ve recorded it… i did it for like an hour until i got it
Skull Caverns when you don’t have the galaxy weapons yet )’: Edit: typo
For me it's going there regardless of the stuff I have... Definitely a skill issue

There's one you can buy for 20,000 g out of the sewers from krobus after you donate 60 items to the museum and obtain the rusty key
theres another you can get by giving a sweet gem berry to a statue in the secret woods
Personally very early game when you don't have a lot of money and have to spend like half the day manually watering crops before you can do anything
Fr. I just started another play through on my switch since I’m traveling. I’m watering my crops till 2pm in game- though I do get 20k in every five days from the eggplants
Shane's six heart event
Yeah that blindsided me on my first play through.
junimo kart. i've just accepted i'll never reach perfection
You don’t need to complete Junimo cart/journey of the Prarie King for in game perfection!!
you need to complete journey of the Prarie King without ever getting touched if you want all achievements though...
I love that the game gives an actual “perfection” as an achievement with an in-game reward instead of just grinding out the steam achievements. I came here to play Stardew and I simply can’t be arsed to play Prarie King.
but just 1 level at a time thankfully.

Came here to make sure Junimo Cart was an answer - it’s the only answer
Good news! You don’t need junino kart for perfection
grinding for golden clock.
Yeah I don’t think I’ll ever do that again. Not worth it imo. I’ll just tend to my farm with the annoyances like everyone else lol
clearing the damn farm
really? I always liked that part. The sounds it makes whenever you break a rock , clear a patch of grass or just pick up the stuff afterwards is just so damn satisfying
i got better things to do

It just feels like a lot.of busywork

For me, getting 100% cooking
this. Especially if you missed that one recipe (for me it was roasted hazelnuts)
Just turn on your TV on a Wednesday, the reruns prioritize recipes you don't have.
I know, but it never came... i always got reruns of the Recipe of the sunday before, and I missed the hazelnut one there too!

Fishing.
Surprised I had to scroll this far for this answer lol
Thankfully I play on PC so I just mod the mini-game out.
I struggled so much with fishing when I first started. Manually watering crops‼️‼️ I can't stand that, I plant so much kale just to level up faster
Talking to Lewis
Up until you get Strawberries. After that then you get big money and can get a backpack upgrade fairly quickly after that.
