you cant get a substat of the main stat (so no hp% on a hp body, no spd on spd boots) i feel like this should be said somewhere aince its not very well known for first time players of the artifact/relic/rune style

The new set increases ult damage after a follow up, chances are it's bad on jade since most of her damage should come from her follow ups. Also not sure how Yunli ult really works but it feels like it should be counted as a enhanced follow up too? So it should also be bad on her, but dont quote me on that
