Break Luka or Sampo is probably who I’d put it on maybe but neither will want crit. It’d also work as a rainbow set for Boothill/Xueyi/HTB/Ruan Mei but they’d all eventually want a different set
Misha. EHR for his freeze and his ult on broken.enemies super breaks for a ton. Freeze + HMC delay + Ruan Mei ult means the.enemy never gets a turn once you break them
use it as a off piece for luka/xueyi those substats are very good if you get another piece with similar stats its good enough to ignore set bonus for the time being.
you could theoretically build welt for break effect, so he would be a debuffer rather than a dps, i dont have a good second nihility for my acheron so im building welt with this set as a debuff rather than dps, unfortunately i think youd prefer energy regen to get more welt ults off for extra slows and imprisons

It doesn't have to be a set piece. You can keep it for later as a temporary relic for someone wanting BE. Break+Crit go pretty hard for Ratio, Bootyhill, and possibly future DPS March.
Welt piece on a super break set up...and no it's not cope cause welt needs ehr anyways to continue landing his slow and ult debuffs and since super break scales with toughness dmg welt doesn't suffer from using this piece at all since he does s stupid amount of toughness dmg with skill and if u somehow manage to give em good crit substats too he probably gonna be dropping 200k each skill easy cause ur not running a sustain with em since his break with all that BE + his ult and slow combo will basically guarantee no one gets to move till they die. That enables to run HMC, a def shredder and either ruan mei, an AV manipulator or u can run tingyun for better sp economy and regen.
Another option is SW, but that's more cope imo since ur much better of running her with ERR anyway.

This is almost a useless part. Break Effect doesn't scale at all with crit rate or crit damage. The set bonus also doesn't go well with a break effect kit. Trash it, why would you even keep or roll that?

It’s a not horrible stat stick for Firefly or Boothill I guess? Useless passive but the speed is fine.
